Maximizing the Literacy Skills

RESNA CEUs are accepted by ASHA, AOTA, RESNA, and other IACET organizations.
To request RESNA CEUs for this webcast, follow these steps
1) View the webcast
2) Take the quiz (available here) and print a Certificate of Completion
- After you obtain a score of 80% or higher, you will have an opportunity to print a Certificate of Completion
- Please submit your application within 15 days of completing the webcast (date is printed on Certificate of Completion)
3) Print and complete the Course Evaluation (available here) for this webcast
4) Print and complete the Application for Individual CEUs for Literacy webcast (available here)
- please be sure to enclose a check or other payment information
5) Put the following information in an envelope

___ Course Evaluation
___ Application for Individual CEUs
___ Check (or provide payment information on the Application for Individual CEUs)
6) Address and send the envelope to
