A software tool has been developed that can be used to analyze handwriting data for research related to conditions such as Huntington disease, Parkinson’s disease and Development Coordination Disorders in children.

Jakub Dmochowski, Michael Millard, Sergio Olivas, Bradley Brown (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) created an electronic scheduling tool for an employee with autism to assist in transitioning tasks.
This work was done by Jui-Te Lin (University of Pittsburgh, Dept. of Rehabilitation Science and Technology). This design provided a friendly platform to improve the efficiency of exchanging assistive devices.
