  • ambulatory status,
  • Positioning (e.g., throughout the day, including various times and environments),
  • seating (list and/or discuss all positions the individual will use to access the SGD),
  • describe how the person will access the SGD from a motoric standpoint (direct selection, switch, etc.),
  • describe & discuss switch access needs (e.g., can the SGD accommodate changes in physical access status?)
